I’m Joe Sousa, founder of Wicked Training AZ, and I help beginners lose weight, build confidence, and create a routine they can actually stick to.

With a background in personal training, nutrition coaching, corrective exercise, and strength & conditioning, I take a well-rounded approach to helping you get results safely and effectively. Whether you’re just starting out or getting back into fitness, my goal is to meet you where you’re at and guide you step by step.

I’m certified as a Personal Trainer (CPT), Nutrition Coach, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Strength & Conditioning Coach, and I’m CPR & AED certified, so you can feel confident you’re working with someone who prioritizes both results and safety.

At Wicked Training AZ, the focus is on building consistency, improving movement, and creating sustainable habits, not quick fixes & diet plans. You’ll get structured workouts, accountability, and support so you can make real progress without feeling overwhelmed.
